Jmac’s vegan mac n cheese


3 1/4 cup elbow mac (I used bowties cuz reg elbows are BO-RING)
1/2 cup soy margarine
1/2 cup flour
3 1/2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder (I used fresh)
pinch of tumeric
1/4 cup of oil
2 cups nutritional yeast

cook noodles as usual
in sauce pan melt soy margarine over VERY VERY LOW HEAT!!!!
beat in flour and whisk until mixture is smooth and bubbly
whisk in boiling water, add salt, soy sauce, and spices
keep whisking until it thickens
whisk in oil and yeast
mix sauce together with noodles
sprinkle top with paprika
bake at 350 for 15 min
(I threw some broccoli chunks into my noodle then dumped the sauce over it all and ground black pepper on top then baked)
